About Atinuke Babatunde

She holds an MSc degree from the University of Lagos and an MBA from the prestigious Lagos Business School, where she graduated with distinctions in Marketing, Entrepreneurship and Strategy.

She has a postgraduate certificate in Business Research from the Edinburgh Business School, UK, and she is a Doctoral Research Candidate at Edinburgh Business School, where she’s currently studying for a Doctorate Degree in Business Administration (DBA).

She has over twenty years of experience in branding, research, media management, marketing, and strategy.  

She started her career as an Account Manager in a marketing research organisation where she handled many multinational brands, including Coca-cola, MTN, Nigeria Breweries, WAMCO, Unilever and others before moving to Telecommunications, where she worked for eight years before resigning as the Senior Brand Manager for Airtel.  

She currently works in the largest PayTV platform in Africa as a C-suite Executive.

She has successfully trained over 300 women in the Brand Fusion Women’s Academy across nine countries.

She’s one of the 200 women selected in the first cohort of the Africa Women Entrepreneurship Cooperative (AWEC) out of an application of 2300 women from 52 Africa Countries.

She was selected in May 2019 as one of the 50 Leading Ladies in Corporate Nigeria by Leading Ladies Africa Network.

She’s a Mentor/Facilitator in the White House Initiative – Academy for Women Entrepreneurs (AWE) and a Cherie Blair Foundation mentor alumnus.

She has mentored in WIMBIZ and the Lagos Business School MBA Mentoring Scheme, using her expertise to help MBA students.

She’s an Associate Member of Nigeria’s Nigerian Institute of Marketing and the Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria.

She’s a Speaker and a Business Consultant. She has been featured in The Punch Newspaper, This Day Newspaper, Vanguard Newspaper, The Sun Newspaper, La Mode Magazine, TVC Television, Beat FM.
